Haldiram Snacks has appointed Divya Batra as Head of Marketing. Batra shared the same on his LinkedIn account.
Previously, she was associated with McCormick India for over a decade. Her final role with the company was as National Customer Marketing Manager, where she assessed marketing budgets, periodically included workforce planning initiatives, and ensured adherence to planned spend. Batra was also responsible for the revenue growth and category results in India. .
She had joined the company as senior marketing manager in February 2012. Among other responsibilities, Batra was responsible for planning and executing the annual marketing budget.
She has also been involved in developing strategies and launching new products in the food and rice category.
Batra started his career as an Events and Marketing Manager at Narang Group. Here she launched F&B brands in India – Qua Natural Mineral Water, Russian Standard Vodka, Orangina, Lindt Chocolates. She has also developed various innovative merchandise and implemented them for brand awareness.
