Kingsley Gate Partners appoints chief marketing officer

20 October 2022 – Private equity backed Kingsley Gate Partners has appointed Aaron Mitchell Finegold as Marketing Director. Based in San Francisco, he will oversee full-funnel marketing strategy, external communications, and investments in business-critical capabilities such as experimentation, marketing automation, and measurement. “We are delighted to add Aaron to Kingsley Gate’s management team,” said Umesh Ramakrishnan, CEO of Kingsley Gate Partners. “We’ve spent the past few years building a successful disruptive platform and needed a next-gen CMO to tell the world our story. Mr. Finegold brings over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, customer insights, user acquisition and design thinking to Kingsley Gate Partners. Previously, he spent three years as a senior executive at LinkedIn, focusing on developing cutting-edge marketing strategy, strengthening marketing fundamentals (e.g. data, technology) and ensuring close collaboration between marketing and other functions. Previously, Mr. Finegold was an associate partner in the marketing and sales practices of McKinsey & Company and served as a global marketing strategy consultant at Ogilvy & Mather, developing demand generation and brand marketing strategies.

Kingsley Gate Partners recently appointed Saurabh Gupta as Chief Digital Officer. Mr. Gupta has over 17 years of cross-cultural experience developing, designing and implementing HCM solutions. He has spearheaded solving global HR technology challenges and has worked for major HR software companies including Oracle, Microsoft and Ramco Systems, and for some of the largest companies in the world. Mr. Gupta has been responsible for the implementation of human capital systems in the United States, China, France, United Kingdom, India and Spain. Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, he was Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Wrkit Inc.

Kingsley Gate Partners also recently appointed Francesca d’Arcangeli as Chief Operating Officer. Crescent Cove Advisors takes stake in Kingsley Gate Partners

Kingsley Gate recently secured an investment from Crescent Cove Advisors, a multi-asset investment firm focused on technology investments. The capital partnership is expected to fuel the growth of the search business through global expansion and accelerate the push towards AI-enabled talent acquisition software. Mr. Ramakrishnan, one of the co-founders of Kingsley Gate Partners, has been appointed CEO. “First, I want to thank my co-founders Nancy Albertini and Buster Houchins,” said Mr. Ramakrishnan. “We wouldn’t be at this exciting time without them.
